Last night was so amazing. It warmed my heart like ole skool southern church services, family reunions @ the park and good home cooked meals. Although we did not meet personally I feel like I was among my kinfolk. Luv ya much & holding with u the truth that all your dreams are being fulfilled…best!

From your heart, is where your show started and drew in the entire audience. Liz was a spectacular opening, her soulful voice had heads swaying to the melodies. When you stepped on stage Miss Q Dixon, you commanded your audience, you brought out your heart in your smile, in your eyes, and delivered it with your voice. Kenyon to finish made the evening something we will never forget. We woke up this morning and were still talking about it! Much love to you!!! Can not wait til we get to share again! xoxo

Hey Quishima,

I’ve gotta say last night was such a joy and a blessing to be at.. To witness you live did something for my soul.. The entire show from the back up singers to Kenny to your musicians were FANTABULOUS.. Makes me sad I hadn’t came out before but you’ve got a fan for life… So I hope you’re ready for that.. Love ya,
Pinky Friend Bridget…lol

The Show Was Definitely A Divine Experience!
Liz Paige Had Me @ Awe w. Her vocal skills “Love Me In The Rain” Had Me Hooked I’m Looking Foward To More Of Her!

Q.Dixon Is Always A Rollercoaster I Wanna Ride On, Its Always Fun Even For It Being Like My 2nd Maybe 3rd Live Show In A While See`ng Her She`s Definitely Crowd Pleasing & A Stimulating Sight For The Men That Come To Watch! ;)

As For Kenyon Dixon UGH! He`s Like No Other , Despite The Technical Difficulties He Thought He Had A Hard Time w. He Did What He Does & Had It On Lock. The Swagger He Possessess & The Way His Lyrics Spew From His Mouth Had The Women Captivated.

But In All It Was A Slammin Show, I`d Definitely Be Back To See All These Acts Again. Definite Fan. YUM:)

I’m so glad I came out last night, I have a new sister to follow, and to come listen to. You are so amazing, had no idea you were an artist when I saw you walking around. Everything about last night was wonderful, so glad you showcase your backup singers. I can wait to hear you again.

Much love to you,

hey q!

i just have to say, the show last night was amazing. liz paige started the night off beautifully. i really like her style, and her delivery was great. then you stepped up on stage and brought the house down. i loved the songs you wrote, but i must admit my favorite performace of the night was orange moon. one word: flawless! then your brothers performed. and that too was amazing. i’m definitly a fan, spreading your name and talent to my friends. i look forward to future shows. keep doing what you do

Amazing last night! I wanna be uninhibited and real like Q when I grow! You got that transparency thing on LOCK! Shine Baby Shine!

For you guys that missed this show, just know that you missed something truly amazing. its never everyday that you come across such a quality and well developed underground artist. in fact, It’s been a while since a voice as soothing and sprightly as Q. Dixon’s has come along to enchant seekers of true artistic talent. Set apart by her distinct sound and presence on stage, as well as her true for life lyrics, she undoubtedly offers the breath of fresh air the soul music circle has long awaited.

Destined from what seems like birth to fabricate genuine lyrical craftsmanship, this earthly young vocalist is making her way about the underground soul movement with paramount determination and humility. Although she accredits much of her sound to gospel music, her laid back, yet eccentric personality reveals plenty more influence.

Singing since Age 6, her incredible journey to the present was not an untroubled one. Growing up in a strict Christian home where secular music was forbidden presented a difficult challenge; but not one that would keep Q’s passion for music under siege. As she began performing at school and neighborhood functions, it became more than obvious that this little girl had huge talent. After spending a significant amount of time as the 4th member of a Carson, CA based R&B group, a lengthy hiatus and a much needed change of direction brought forth the phenomenally gifted songstress amid us today. Performing at nearly all of L.A’s elite live music venues and promotions and recently opening for Teena Marie, Faith Evans, and Avant, the name Q. Dixon is making is leaving lasting impressions.

Taking inspiration from dynamite artists such as Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, Anita Baker, Billy Holiday and countless others, Q’s hybrid of jazz, soul and groove is certain to leave you thoroughly satisfied.
